Some clients may require assistance following an illness or injury thereby  needing help for chores around the house. We provide a qualified  professional to provide assistance in activities such as:

  • Light housekeeping (e.g. vacuuming or dusting)
  • Meal preparation
  • Grocery shopping
  • Personal care (e.g. getting dressed, brushing teeth, or brushing hair)

What We Do

Home Health

Our team of board-certified Physical Therapists strive to ensure that the performance of daily activities is made easier for our clients. They can provide services such as:

  • Create a customized plan of action to meet the needs of the client
  • Train clients, family members, or caregivers in techniques for managing disabilities or illnesses
  • Maintain or improve client’s flexibility and mobility through exercises
  • Manage health conditions and ways to prevent a re-occurrence
  • Educating client on health and fitness
  • Recommend changes to the client’s home to improve the mobility of the client

Our team of Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses ensure that our clients receive the best of medical care in the comfort of their homes.

Our team of Occupational Therapists is to help our clients recover or maintain their mental, physical and cognitive skills as quickly as possible.  They can provide services such as:

  • Create a customized plan of action to meet the needs of the client
  • Train caregivers in how to meet the needs of the client
  • Recommend changes to the client’s home to improve the mobility of the client
  • Create exercises to improve the client’s ability to perform activities of daily living (e.g. dressing or cooking)
  • Educate client on economical movement

We provide Speech Therapist sessions for adults who are encountering challenges in their vocal abilities as a result of developmental delay, learning disabilities or vocal distress. They can provide services such as:

  • Create a customized plan of action to meet the needs of the client
  • Teach client to control or strengthen tongue, jaw, face muscles or breathing mechanisms
  • Instruct clients in techniques for more effective communication, such as sign language, lip reading or voice improvement

We provide a qualified medical professional with a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license to help take care of clients following short-term illness, long-term illness, injuries, or clients with disabilities. They can provide services such as:

  • Utilizing specialized equipment for client care (e.g. oil lift or gate)
  • Informing client’s family about care techniques
  • Medication reminders
  • Performing CPR*
  • Re-positioning the client
  • Light housekeeping (e.g. vacuuming or dusting)
  • Meal preparation
  • Grocery Shopping
  • Personal Care (e.g. getting dressed, brushing teeth, or brushing hair)

*Client needs to have a doctor’s note verifying that the client can have CPR performed on them

Our Medical Social Workers (MSW) assist clients in settling back into their families and society after their stay in the hospital. They can provide services such as:

  • Client safety advocacy
  • Hospital discharge assistance
  • Psychotherapy
  • Supportive counseling
  • Grief Counseling
  • Social Support

Pediatric Private Duty Nursing

Our nurses (LPN and RN) provide private duty care and treatments for chronic illnesses, acute illnesses and disabilities for pediatric clients.
