Position Title: FINANCIAL ANALYST

Location: SERENITY HOME HEALTHCARE, LLC-SERIES A
6640 W. TOUHY AVE, NILES, IL 60714

Job Duties:

1. Working with accounts receivables, contracts and pricing, and the sales representatives for
collection resolution.
2. Generating reports on key performance indicators like patient census, average daily census,
and revenue per patient day.
3. Analyzing variances between budgeted amounts and actual expenses, identifying areas of
concern and potential cost-saving opportunities.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements,
balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
5. Developing and managing detailed operation budgets for Serenity Home Healthcare.
6. Forecasting future revenue and expenses based on market trends, patient volume, and service
mix.
7. Analyzing budget variances and making adjustments as needed.
8. Performing cost analysis jobs for the company, to name a few; conducting detailed cost
analysis of various aspects of Serenity’s operations, including staffing, supplies, transportation,
and administrative expenses and to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to
optimize spending.
9. Providing data analysis and generating reports by utilizing data analytics tools and developing
presentations to communicate key financial insights to management.
10. Collaborates closely with clinical staff, operations managers, and other departments to
understand operational needs.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or related fields

Wage: $70,886.00 per year

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
