What is NCLEX-RN?
Once you have scaled through the selection process successfully; we would guide you through the entire steps in passing your NCLEX-RN licensure. Also, we would sponsor your work visa / green card to get you fully started as a full-time employee with us.
What is NCLEX-RN?
This is a standardized US Board of Nursing test that will earn you a Registered Nurse license to work in the US and it’s unique to each state.
Serenity Home Healthcare is an Illinois state-based employer. For you to take the Board of Nursing (NCLEX) test, you must:
– Apply for licensure to an Illinois State Board of Nursing. For more information, click here NCSBN.
– Register with Pearson Vue for the board exam. The cost is $200 plus additional foreign fees. Click here for the application and registration link.
According to the webpage, NCLEX examinations are currently administered in Brazil, Canada, England, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Mexico, Philippines, Puerto Rico, South Africa, and Taiwan. Click here for more information.

6. WORK SPONSORSHIP AND VISA FILING
The immigration process takes at least 1 year. As your US-based employer, Serenity Home Healthcare would sponsor you for a work visa or green card, depending on your situation. Once it is approved, you would apply for an immigrant visa at the US Consulate in your home country.
The immigration process has to be completed before traveling to the United States and a visa must be obtained before immigrating legally.
7. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE
Serenity Home Healthcare would provide a one-way flight ticket for the candidate only. A one-month paid accommodation would be made available to make relocation easier. Free airport pick-up and concierge service to accommodation would be provided.
